Toyzo Ltd Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Because all of our squishies are dispatched in sealed packaging, we have strict rules regarding returns to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
Our policy complies fully with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.
1. The Sealed Item Rule

Sealed Items: To ensure all customers receive pristine, untouched items, all of our squishies arrive in sealed packaging.

Eligibility: Under UK distance selling laws, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any squishy if the protective seal or packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with.

Change of Mind: If you change your mind and wish to return an item, it must be completely unopened and still in its original, intact sealed packaging.
2. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your squishies are still completely sealed and unopened, you have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item.

support@toyzo.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Sending it back: Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to post the unopened item back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. If the item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
The only exception to the sealed rule is if your item is genuinely faulty. If your squishy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@toyzo.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return postage costs for faulty items.
5. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received, we will inspect the packaging. If the seal is completely unopened and intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
